January is the New April for the Housing Market
In other words...
Over the last few years a new trend has emerged where the Spring Housing Market has heated up earlier than in the past. You may have heard us say January is the new April. This January played out as we expected with continued low inventory, favorable interest rates and more favorable pricing that led to seller favorable market conditions.
Despite the news and overexaggerated layoffs, there are still many buyers in the market and on the sidelines ready to act. Homes that are priced right and in turnkey condition are seeing multiple offers again.
